1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MECH Protocol website, platform, or any services offered (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MECH Protocol governing your access to and use of the Services.

2. Description of Services

MECH Protocol is a platform designed for autonomous robotic economies, enabling machine-to-machine transactions, AI cognition leasing, simulated machine operations, and microtransactions. The Services may include web interfaces, APIs, developer tools, and other related technologies.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account or connect a digital wallet. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and private keys
  • Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account or digital wallet
  • Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and all materials therein, including software, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, and music (the "Content"), and all intellectual property rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of MECH Protocol and its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Using the Services to engage in any illegal activities
  • Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Services
  • Imposing an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure
  • Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Using the Services for any harmful or malicious purposes

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. MECH PROTOCOL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

MECH PROTOCOL MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (II) THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR (IV) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MECH PROTOCOL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICES, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR SERVICES, (V) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (VI) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Modification of Terms

MECH Protocol reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MECH Protocol operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
